AC205/AC205L:

1. AC205L includes 250 Sheet Paper Tray, 50 Sheet Bypass , 32MB Memory, ADF, Print/Scan/Fax capabilities, Printer capabilities, Printer Settings Utility, SmartThru and ReadIris Pro 9OCR Software (Network Interface is not available).
2. AC205 includes 250 Sheet Paper Tray, 50 Sheet Bypass , 32MB Memory, ADF, Print/Scan/Fax capabilities, Printer Settings Utility, Web Image Monitor Type 103, SmartThru and ReadIris Pro 9 OCR Software
3. Only one additional memory option can be installed into the mainframes.
4. The All-in-One Cartridge (#412660) yielding 5,000 prints is compatible with the AC205L/AC205 mainframe. A starter cartridge yielding 3,500 prints is included with the mainframe.
5. Only one Paper Bank can be added to either machine.

SP1000SF:

1. Includes (1) All-in-One Starter Toner Cartridge Type 1175 (Yield 2,00 pages @ 5% Density)
2. User / Service Installable. Allows use of fax line for voice communication when needed . Sits on desk, not attached to mainframe.

SP 3200SF:

1. Laser low volume MFP. Comes with 4000 page starter cartridge.
2. 250 Sheet optional Paper Feed Unit. Expands total paper capacity to 550 sheets. Only one PFU can be installed. Customer/Service installable.
3. 128MB Printer Memory Option. Expands printer memory to 192MB. Only one memory option can be installed at the same time. Customer/Service installable.
4. 256MB Printer Memory Option. Expands printer memory to 320MB. Only one memory option can be installed at one time. Customer/Service installable.

B/W PRINTERS

SP3300D/3300DN:

1. SP3300D: User/Service Installable. Includes 250 x 1 Paper Tray, Single Sheet Bypass Tray, Duplexing, 32MB RAM Memory, USB2.0 Interface. Includes starter AIO print cartridge (yield: 2,000 pages). Note: Replacement cartridge yield: 5,000 pages
2. SP3300D: User/Service Installable. Includes 250 x 1 Paper Tray, Single Sheet Bypass Tray, Duplexing, 32MB RAM Memory, USB2.0 Interface. Includes starter AIO print cartridge (yield: 2,000 pages). Network Interface Board (10/100Base-TX Ethernet ). Note: Replacement cartridge yield: 5,000 pages.
3. Paper Feed Unit: User/Service Installable. Expands paper supply by 250 sheets. Only one (1) tray can be added.
4. 128MB Memory: User/Service Installable. Expands memory to 160MB maximum. Only one (1) memory module can be added. (Note: This item not available at time of product launch. Target availablity: September 2008.)

SP4210N:

1. Ricoh Aficio SP 4210N - 37-PPM (letter) for color and monchrome prints. Mainframe includes 500-sheet Paper Tray, 100 sheet Bypass Tray, 256MB standard RAM and Optional Automatic Duplex. Ships with Starter Toner that yields 6K prints.
2. Paper Feed Unit TK 1030 - 500-sheet capacity. 1 or 2 units may be added to mainframe
3. Printer Hard Disk Drive Type 2670 - 80GB Hard Disk Drive. HDD is required for Job Spooling, Sample Print, Locked/Secure Print, HDD Hold & Storage Print, Stored Print, Stored Print (Shared) and Cover Sheet features. HDD or Optional Memory is required for Sorting.
4. HDD Overwrite Security Unit Type K - SP4210N has one slot free. A maximum of 512MB may be installed. Additional memory is recommended. for duplex printing 8.5" x 14" documents, high resolution printing. Additional memory is required for collation.
5. RA2K Integration for IPDS - 37PPM - Conversion tool that stores all the software necessary to transform host print data into ASCII data. The code is installed and embedded into the SP 4210N Controller via an SD Card.
6. 256MB - Option for Parallel connections. Only one optional interface may be installed.
7. Gigabit Ethernet - Optional Gigabit Ethernet Interface. The printer's standard Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports are not available when the Gigabit Ethernet Board is installed. Instead, you can use the Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports mounted on the Gigabit Ethernet Board.
8. IEEE802.11a/b/g - Wireless LAN option. Supports IEEE802.11a/b/g standard. Wireless LAN is WPA compliant. Only one optional interface may be installed.
9. Envelope Feeder - Optional envelope feeder holds up to 60 envelopes. Must be installed in the drawer slot of the optional 500-sheet Paper Feed Unit.
10. Duplex Unit - Supports all paper sizes. Automatic duplexing produces two-sided pages at near 100% of rated simplex speeds.
11. 128MB - Additional memory is recommended when duplex printing on a large size (8 1/2" x 14") paper at the highest 1200dpi resolution.
12. SD Card for Netware Printing Type B - Provides additional memory space to allow some of the functionality provided in the absence of the 80GB HDD
13. Data Storage Card - Alternative to HDD for storing site certification for LDAP, collecting Log data with Web SmartDeviceMonitor and storing WPA Pre-Share Key.
14. VM Card Type K - Required to run Java based applications.
15. IEEE1284 Interface Board - Provides a slot for the installation of one of the optional boards. Customers can choose the type of optional interface to meet their unique connectivity needs.
16. IPDS Unit Type 4210 - IBM opens their source code regarding IPDS data stream only to use first time. IPDS data printing option that allows LP to print data based on IPDS data system directly. No print box or server is needed to print out printed data from Host based on OS/400.

SP5100N:

1. Paper Feed Unit, up to 3 trays can be added.
2. Standard equipment memory if 128MB plus 1 open slot. Add optional memory to open slot or remove standard128MB memory and install 256MB memory into both slots.

SP8200DN:

1. User/Service Installable. Mainframe requires two people to lift printer. Includes 2 x 550 sheet paper trays, 100-sheet bypass tray, duplexing 500-sheet output tray, 256MN RAM memory. USB 2.0 interface and 10/100Base -TX Ethernet. Also, includes full toner cartridge.
2. User/Service Installable. PFU requires two people to lift printer and sit it on Paper Feed Unit. Two trays @ 550 sheets each. Holds up to 11" x 17" paper. Cannot be installed with 2,000 Sheet Large Capacity Tray.
3. User/Service Installable. LCIT PB3050 requires two people to lift printer and sit it on Paper Feed Unit. Holds letter (8.5" x 11') paper only. Cannot be installed with the 2 drawer paper feed unit (PB3040).
4. User/Service Installable. LCIT RT3000 can only be installed whtn the 2 tray paper feed unit (PB3040) or the 2,000 sheet large capacity tray (PB3050) is installed.
5. User/Service Installable. SR790 Finisher may require two people to lift finisher. Holds up to 1,000 sheet output. Requires Bridge Unit (BU3030) for installation.
6. User/Service Installable. SR3030 Finisher may requre two people to lift finisher. Holds up to 3,000 sheet output. Requires Bridge Unit (BU3030) for installation.
7. Service Installable only. 2/3 Hole Punch provides 3 hole punching. Can only be installed on the 3,000 Sheet Finisher (SR3030).
8. Bridge Unit is required for installation of either the 1,000 Sheet Finisher (SR790) or the 3,000 Sheet Finisher (SR3030).
9. Service Installable only. Output Jogger Unit keeps output neatly stacked on the finisher. Can only be installed on the 3,000 Sheet Finisher (SR3030).
10. Service Installable only. (40GB) Hard Disk Drive provides for retention of documents in the printer. Documents can be printed on demand without sending orignal from the PC.
11. Service Installable only. 128MB Memory expands RAM to 384MB. Only one memory option can be installed at one time.
12. Service Installable only. 256MB Memory expands RAM to 512MB. Only one memory option can be installed at one time.
13. Service Installable only. Interface Board Type A is for use when a Parallel connection is required. Cannot be installed with the Gigabit Ethernet Board or the IEEE 802.11a/g Interface Unit at the same time.
14. Service Installable only. VM Card Type G allows for running of JAVA based applications. Cannot be installed with the Data Overwrite Security Unit.
15. Service Installable only. Data Overwrite Security overwrites data on the HDD after file is printed so document cannot be retrived (security).
16. Service Installable only. HDD Encryption unit encrypts all data on HDD so that the HDD could not be read in another device if it was ever removed from the printer. Cannot be installed with VM Card Type G.
17. Service Installable only. Gigabit Ehternet Board cannot be installed with the IEEE 1284 Interface Board or the IEEE 1284 Interface Board at the same time.
18. Data Storage card is service Installable only.
19. Service Installable only. Wireless Type J is for wireless LAN connection. Cannot be installed with the Gigabit Ethernet Board or the IEEE 1284 Interface Board at the same time.
